Good experience with Alex. Had the car I was looking for, took my trade in, and put a deal together I was comfortable with. They were ready to honor internet pricing. I wasn't planning to buy or trade-in that day, but had a price in my mind, and they made it happen. My only complaint is that things moved slowly.
Sloan Honda is a perfect little place in this imperfect world.

2 words:Wrong interiors. They gave me a car with the wrong colored interiors. 3 more words: Poor customer service. Even after the error was reported (literally within 5 minutes after driving away at 9:10 pm),the dealership did nothing to remedy the situation except ask me to spend more $$ to correct THEIR mistake. Moreover, they kept telling me that it does not come with black interiors. I went ahead and pointed to their OWN SALES BOOK which showed that it does come with (surprise surprise) BLACK INTERIORS . Highly inept and poor customer service. Save yourself the hassle and go to ANY dealership besides this one.
Went to buy Honda crv ,first gave a Internet price ,when we got there the sales man Tim says a different story so we left then Internet sales person Al calls and says the price quoted was right so we went back the salesperson Tim comes and argues and behaves in a discriminative manner and asked to wait .Since waited for a long while asked another person to see the manager.Then the manager rob shows and says he is busy cannot talk now needs to wait for him.So waited again for along while and then left.i recommend no body to go there again it's a plan to bring customers with wrong pricing and then create a situation to buy at a higher price.its a trap don't fall in it.I would never rrcend my friends or my family to this store again
I knew what I wanted . Shaun wasnt pushy and answered all of my question and took the time to educate me on the tec features. He knows the car inside and out .. Very pleasant young man..... Terrance couldnt have been more pleasant and patient. Also efficient . Jeff is a super GM and knows is business.....
Horrendous, wouldn't buy another car from this deal if someone else paid for it. This dealership gives car dealers their horrible reputations. Tried to not honor certified check list they gave me with car. Tried to get me to pay for things that were on the certified list. Ignorant and rude sales and management.
I stopped in Sloane to look at the new model Honda Accord as my lease was up soon on my 2009. After deciding I did not like the new interior molding I was asked what price and what resolution would make me leave a deposit that day. The agreed price was 400/mos and replacing the molding with one of my choosing. The word replace was used the whole time and implied in the sample provided as well. Turns out it is a cheap thin plastic veneer that is peeling off and cracked in one place. I called the next day at my concern over the laminate and was told it would be taken care of. A day was set and I drove 1.5 hours down only to be told that he just needed to see it to understand the problem and would have it taken care in a week. No one called back and after many attempts and messages I was then told they had my phone number wrong ?? In any case, I was told today that the only resolution is to put the car back to stock or relaminate the molding. Since I would never have leased this car with the original stock molding AND I was told it would be replaced, this seems like a classic breach of contract. I requested that they take this car back and give me one with a tan interior, which is the only way the stock molding is acceptable.
I visited the Sloane Honda showroom seeking information on leasing/purchasing a new Accord and met Taal Aviad. Taal was extremely knowledgable and patient in answering my many questions concerning a CR-V and a LX-P models.
Due to Taal's resourcefulness in making the financial terms both comfortable and affordable by picking up the three remaining payments on my present lease but also the service costs for my 2009 LX-P which I brought in for state inspection and oil change earlier. As a result, I drove home with a brand new, dark metallic red, Accord with a luxurious, light tan interior. I am totally delighted with my Sloane Honda experience and of course, my new Accord.
